Q2: Do you support customization? What is the MOQ?: A: All products support OEM/ODM customization, including size, color, printing, and finishing processes. MOQ varies by product type: labels generally start at 1,000 pieces; paper boxes, cards, and plastic trays start at 100 pieces. Some RTS (Ready to Ship) items are available with MOQ as low as 100 pieces.

Q3: Do you offer free samples?: A: We provide free design services. Sample costs vary by product type and finishing requirements; sample fees can be refunded with bulk orders. Please contact us for specific sample quotations.

Q4: What files do I need to provide for customization?: A: Generally you need to provide: ① Design files in AI/CDR/PDF format ② Required dimensions ③ Material specifications ④ Printing/finishing requirements (hot stamping, UV coating, lamination, etc.) ⑤ Order quantity. If you don't have design files, our design team can assist.
