Q1: What products do you manufacture?

A: We specialize in paper packaging and printing products, including: paper boxes (cosmetic boxes, gift boxes, medicine boxes, etc.), self-adhesive labels & stickers (custom labels, anti-counterfeit labels, etc.), plastic trays (blister inserts), hang tags & cards, packaging bags (zipper bags, bubble mailers, paper bags), glass vials & accessories, and packaging ropes/strings.

Q2: Do you support customization? What is the MOQ?

A: All products support OEM/ODM customization, including size, color, printing, and finishing processes. MOQ varies by product type: labels generally start at 1,000 pieces; paper boxes, cards, and plastic trays start at 100 pieces. Some RTS (Ready to Ship) items are available with MOQ as low as 100 pieces.

Q3: Do you offer free samples?

A: We provide free design services. Sample costs vary by product type and finishing requirements; sample fees can be refunded with bulk orders. Please contact us for specific sample quotations.

Q4: What files do I need to provide for customization?

A: Generally you need to provide: ① Design files in AI/CDR/PDF format ② Required dimensions ③ Material specifications ④ Printing/finishing requirements (hot stamping, UV coating, lamination, etc.) ⑤ Order quantity. If you don't have design files, our design team can assist.

A: Standard production lead time is 7-15 business days, depending on product complexity and order quantity. Rush orders can be negotiated for expedited production.

A: We support sea freight, air freight, and international express couriers (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), allowing flexible options based on your timeline and budget.
