Self-adhesive labels are printed stickers made from self-adhesive materials, printed and die-cut. They can be affixed to various packaging surfaces such as bottles, boxes, and bags for product identification, brand display, and information delivery. Main uses: Product information labels, brand logo stickers, barcode/QR code labels, sealing stickers. Applicable scenarios: Medicine bottles, cosmetic bottles, food, daily necessities, electronic products, etc.

I. Materials and Processes
Face Material: Coated paper, glossy/matte silver PET, transparent PVC/PET, synthetic paper (waterproof), laser material, kraft paper.

Adhesive: Permanent adhesive/Removable adhesive/Specialty adhesive.

Backing Paper: Yellow/White/Glassin backing paper.

Printing Processes: Offset printing, flexographic printing, UV printing, digital printing (HP Indigo), screen printing.

Surface Treatment: Glossy/matte lamination, UV varnishing, hot stamping (bright gold/bright silver/laser silver), embossing.

Post-processing: Roll/sheet die-cutting, irregular die-cutting, lamination.

Form: Roll labels (suitable for automatic labeling machines), sheet labels.

Common Sizes: Customized according to bottle/labeling position, such as 3ml/5ml/10ml vial labels, cosmetic bottle labels, etc.

Printable Content: Logo, product information, barcode, QR code, batch number/expiration date inkjet printing area.

III. Customization Instructions

Minimum Order Quantity: Low minimum order quantity supported; small batches available for digital printing; standard minimum order quantity for rolls is 1000.

Delivery Time: Sampling 1-3 working days, bulk order 7-10 working days (digital printing 48 hours).

Customization Process: Requirements communication → Design → Sampling → Confirmation → Production → Shipment. OEM/ODM supported; materials, sizes, processes, and roll cores can be customized.

IV. Precautions for Use

Storage: Unused labels should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture absorption and reduced adhesive strength; recommended storage temperature is 5-35℃.

Usage: Ensure the surface to be labeled is clean and dry before application; waterproof labels (PET/synthetic paper) are suitable for cold storage or humid environments; pay attention to the labeling temperature.
