What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the product type. As a starting point:

Because tooling, printing set-up and material minimums differ from one product to the next, the exact MOQ for your item is confirmed in your quotation. Send us your specification and we will reply with the MOQ, unit price and lead time within 24 hours.

Why does MOQ exist at all?

Three cost drivers set the floor for a print run:

• Set-up: printing plates, die-cutting tools and machine time are prepared once per run.
• Material minimums: paper, board and label stock are purchased in mill quantities.
• Finishing: hot foil stamping, UV coating and lamination are prepared per run.

This is why a small first run costs more per piece than a repeat order at scale — and why 100 pcs is the practical starting point for boxes, cards and trays.

How to plan a first order

1. Start with the product that proves the concept (often a box, a card or a hang tag at 100 pcs).
2. Ask for a physical sample before committing to the full run.
3. Scale up on the second order, when artwork, structure and finishing are already approved.

A. It depends on the product. Paper boxes, cards, hang tags and plastic trays start from 100 pcs, and self-adhesive labels start from 1,000 pcs. Ready-to-ship items start from 100 pcs.

A. Paper boxes, cards, hang tags and plastic trays start from 100 pcs, which makes them the easiest way to run a first test order.

Q3. Why do labels start at 1,000 pcs?
A. Labels are produced on roll-fed presses with die-cutting, so the set-up and material minimums are higher than for sheet-fed boxes. Our starting quantity for labels is 1,000 pcs.

Q4. Can I order a quantity below your MOQ?
A. Tell us your target quantity in the enquiry. We confirm feasibility together with the quotation, and for ready-to-ship items the starting quantity is 100 pcs.

Q5. How fast will I receive a quotation?
A. Within 24 hours of receiving your specification.

Q6. What information do you need to quote?
