Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Nothing goes into mass production until you have approved the design and the physical sample. Our workflow is built around that approval step.
Step 1 — Design (free of charge)
Send your requirements — dimensions, material preference, visual style references, logo and copy. Our design team can also create the design from scratch if you do not have artwork, free of charge.
- 1–3 design options are delivered within 2–3 business days
- Typically 2–3 rounds of free revisions are included
- Final print-ready files are prepared in AI / CDR / PDF
Step 2 — Physical sample
We produce physical samples based on the approved design. You review:
- material feel
- color accuracy
- finishing details (hot foil stamping, UV coating, lamination, embossing)
Adjustments are made as needed until you are satisfied. Sample production usually takes 1–3 business days.
Step 3 — Proof approval, then production
You approve the final proof and the sample. Only then does the job move to printing, post-press and inspection. Mass production takes 7–15 business days.
About sample fees
A sample fee may apply and is refundable against your bulk order. The exact arrangement is confirmed in your quotation, so there is no ambiguity later.
