Gold foil on a peptide vial is a presentation choice as much as a printing one: the label signals a finished product rather than a research sample. The foil is stamped onto coated or textured stock, then sealed under gloss or matte lamination.

Foil on textured stock

Textured and felt stocks take foil unevenly unless the die pressure is set for that specific material. We proof on the final stock and adjust before the run, rather than promising a result from a paper proof.

Lamination over foil

Gloss lamination deepens the gold and protects it from alcohol wipes; matte lamination gives a softer look but slightly dulls the reflection. Both keep the foil from scuffing in transit.
