Silver PET is an opaque metallised film: the label hides what is behind it, so the vial and its contents are not visible through the face, and the surface stands up to alcohol and oil without clouding.

Why opaque matters at 10ml

A 10ml vial is large enough that a transparent label exposes the product, which is a problem for light-sensitive compounds and for any product where appearance should not be part of the buying decision. Silver PET blocks the view and gives a metallic base for dark print.

Print on metallised stock

Silver stock changes colour rendering: inks print differently over metal than over white paper. We proof on the actual stock, and we use a white base layer where a colour has to match a brand reference exactly.
