Laser silver vial labels in sheet or roll supply

The same holographic silver stock is available die-cut on A4 sheet for short runs and hand application, or on roll for automatic lines. Sheet supply suits a first order or a trial batch; roll supply suits repeat production.

Choosing between sheet and roll

Sheet is cheaper to set up and needs no applicator, but hand application is slower and less consistent on small vials. Roll needs a machine but gives repeatable placement, which matters when the label has to sit within a millimetre of the cap.

Adhesive and die-cut

Permanent acrylic by default; removable adhesive if the label has to be lifted for inspection. Die-cut to your vial diameter with a wrap allowance, and we test-wrap one vial before the run.
