3ml laser silver vial labels

A 3ml vial is the smallest format we cut regularly. The printable band is about 10 to 14mm high, and a holographic surface at that size needs a layout decision before anything else: where the reflection sits, and where the readable text sits.

Keeping type legible on a holographic band

We print body text on a solid white or dark panel and leave the holographic area for the brand mark. Variable data goes over a matte patch so batch and expiry stay machine-readable instead of breaking up in the reflection.

Die-cut at 3ml

Cut to the measured circumference plus a 1 to 1.5mm wrap allowance, and test-wrapped on your vial before production. A label that overlaps its own start is the most common failure at this diameter.
