Synthetic paper vial labels

Synthetic paper looks and prints like paper but behaves like film: it does not tear, it does not cockle when wet, and it survives an alcohol wipe. For vials that are handled in a clinic or shipped in humid conditions, it removes the main failure mode of a paper label.

Where it fits

It is the sensible middle option when clear film is too invisible and white BOPP is too glossy: the surface is matte and accepts dense small type, which suits labels carrying strength, batch and expiry in a narrow band.

Printing

Offset or flexo, one to six colours, with a matte or gloss varnish. Because the stock does not absorb ink like paper, colours stay denser and dot gain is lower, so we calibrate the proof on the actual material.

Specification

Stock: synthetic paper (PP-based), 80 to 120 micron. Adhesive: permanent acrylic, freezer-grade optional. MOQ 100 pcs.
