Labels for 2ml to 5ml vials

Small vials are the hardest format to label: the diameter is narrow, the printable band is short, and the label still has to carry a product name, a strength, a batch and an expiry that a pharmacist or a customer can read without a magnifier.

Die-cut tolerance matters more than stock at this size

A 1mm error on a 60mm label is invisible; on a 15mm vial label it decides whether the label overlaps its own start. We cut to the measured circumference plus a 1 to 1.5mm wrap allowance, and we test-wrap on your vial before the run.

Type and layout

Six to eight point type is normal at this size. We keep the product name on one line where possible, put strength and volume on the second, and reserve one clean area for batch and expiry. Barcodes are only recommended when the band allows a scannable height, otherwise we suggest a 2D code.

Stock choices

White BOPP for general use, clear BOPP for amber glass, PET where alcohol wipes are used, coated paper for dry storage and cost-sensitive runs. Freezer-grade adhesive for chilled product.
