Product Detail

Hot stamped laser silver vial labels

Hot stamping applies foil only where the die touches, so the label can carry a foil brand mark and still keep the rest of its surface flat for variable data. On vial labels this matters, because batch and expiry have to print cleanly somewhere.

Foil plus variable data on one label

Typical layout: foil logo at the top, product name in flat print, batch and expiry in a clear zone at the bottom. The foil area is specified on the die line so the stamper and the variable-data printer do not fight for the same space.

When stamping is worth it

Above a few thousand labels, hot foil usually costs less than a full holographic stock and gives a more controlled result. Below that, a metallised gold or silver film is more economical.
