Product Detail

Matte silver vial labels

Matte silver sits between holographic and plain white: metallic enough to look controlled, flat enough that small type and barcodes stay readable under inspection light. It is the practical choice when a glossy silver reflection would interfere with scanning.

Readability under a lamp

Gloss silver throws a highlight that can wash out a six-point batch number. Matte silver scatters that light instead, which is why it is often specified for labels that are checked by eye at a bench.

Print on matte metallised stock

Inks sit differently on matte than on gloss; we proof on the final stock. A white base layer is used where a brand colour has to match exactly, since the metallic background otherwise shifts every tone.
