Glossy PP film is the default choice for a 3ml vial that will be handled, wiped and stored: the surface is waterproof, it does not tear at the wrap seam, and print stays sharp at small type sizes. Supplied roll or sheet.

Why glossy film at 3ml

At this diameter the label is read at close range, so gloss helps contrast between the background and six-point type. The film also resists the alcohol wipes common in a cleanroom or a clinic, which coated paper does not.

Print and finish

Flexo or digital print, one to six colours, with gloss lamination as standard. Matte lamination is available when glare under inspection light is a problem. Spot UV can lift the brand mark without covering the variable data area.

Stock: glossy white PP. Adhesive: permanent acrylic, freezer-grade optional. Format: roll up to 76mm core or A4 sheet. Die-cut: to your vial diameter and label height. MOQ 100 pcs.

Lead time and checks

Sampling one to three business days, bulk seven to fifteen working days, quote within 24 hours. Four QC gates including colour against proof and die-cut check. Roll direction confirmed before winding.
