Product Detail

Milky white PE vial labels for cold storage

Milky white PE is the stock for vials that come out of a fridge or a freezer. Standard paper and standard BOPP both fail in that environment: paper cockles as it takes up moisture, and stiff film lifts at the edges when the vial contracts.

Why PE at low temperature

PE stays flexible below freezing, so the label follows the vial instead of fighting it. The adhesive has to be chosen with the same care: a freezer-grade acrylic holds on a cold, wet surface where a general-purpose adhesive would slide.

The milky white face

The milky cast hides condensation marks and gives a soft, non-glossy surface that takes dark print cleanly. It also reads as a medical rather than a retail label, which suits vials that are handled in a clinical setting.
