Custom vial labels for 3ml, 5ml and 10ml vials

A vial label is the printed label wrapped around a glass vial: product name, strength, volume, batch and expiry, usually on a roll for automatic application. We print the label and die-cut it to the diameter you specify. Vials, stoppers and caps come from your container supplier, not from us.

Size comes from the vial, not a standard

A 3ml vial gives you a printable band of roughly 10 to 14mm; a 10ml vial gives about 20 to 25mm. Send us one vial or the exact diameter and label height, and we set the die-cut to match, including the wrap allowance so the label closes without overlap.

Stocks we print on

Coated paper for indoor, dry storage; white BOPP and clear BOPP for waterproof and wipe-resistant labels; PET for chemical resistance; metallised and holographic stock when the label doubles as a security feature. Adhesive is permanent by default, removable or freezer-grade on request.

Print and finishing

Offset, flexo and digital printing, one to six colours. Finishing options include gloss or matte lamination, varnish, hot foil stamping, spot UV and embossing. Variable data such as batch number and expiry can be printed inline, so one roll carries the full run.

Quantity, samples and lead time

Labels start at 100 pcs. Design is free with one to three options in two to three working days; a physical sample takes one to three business days; bulk production runs seven to fifteen working days after artwork approval. Quote within 24 hours.

What we check before shipping

Four gates: incoming stock, print colour against the approved proof, die-cut and winding, then final AQL inspection. Labels that will go on a high-speed applicator are checked for roll direction and core size, because a correct label on the wrong wind still stops the line.
