Peptide labels for small, high-value vials

Peptide vials are usually 2ml to 10ml, filled with lyophilised powder or solution, and sold in small batches where the label carries more information than the printable band comfortably holds. The label also has to look like a pharmaceutical product, not a generic sticker.

Fitting name, strength, batch and expiry into a narrow band

On a 3ml vial the usable print height is about 10mm. We set type sizes and a two-column layout that keep the product name readable while leaving a clear zone for batch and expiry, and we can add a peel-back panel where the label has to carry dosing or handling text that will not fit on the face.

Stocks that suit peptide vials

Laser silver and holographic stocks are the most requested, because the reflection is difficult to copy and doubles as an anti-counterfeiting cue. Clear PET gives a no-label look on amber glass; white BOPP stays legible and wipe-resistant; freezer-grade adhesive is used when the vial is stored cold.

Security options

Void or tamper-evident adhesive leaves a visible message if the label is lifted. Holographic stock, microtext, UV ink and QR codes can be combined on one label. None of these replace a regulated serialisation system; they make casual copying harder.
